Social Responsibility

How FinStack+ gives back — to our communities, our people, and the planet. We believe business success and social impact go hand in hand.

Our Commitments

Four pillars that define our approach to corporate social responsibility and our vision for a better future.

Community Engagement

FinStack+ is deeply committed to the communities where our employees live and work. We provide each team member with 40 hours of paid volunteer time annually to support local nonprofits, youth programs, and financial literacy initiatives. Our Community Impact Grant program has funded over 50 grassroots organizations across Canada since inception, focusing on financial education and technology access for underserved populations.

Mental Health Advocacy

We believe that mental health is just as important as physical health. FinStack+ has partnered with leading mental health organizations to provide employees with free counselling services, wellness days, and a comprehensive mental health benefit plan. Our workplace mental health program includes manager training, peer support networks, and monthly wellness workshops. We are proud signatories of the Canadian Standard for Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace.
